So you think. . I'll work an average of 20 years, turn 65 and collect social security. The government shuffles and raises retirement age to 67. Now, about 55 million people die each year and of those nearly half have reached 70. Now I am no math whiz but did you see it coming. You die at 70 which means you collected 5 years of social security, WTF 😢. Our life expectency is 78/79, so the government already knows we will collect S. S. for about 10 years. Just my thoughts, goodnight people.

Does anyone know what the government does with uncollected social security? Was the retirement age raised in the hopes we would not reach 67🤔hmm.
